Bihar’s Cabinet Minister Nitin Nabin on Sunday hit out at Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind President Maulana Arshad Madani over his recent controversial statement, accusing him of repeatedly attempting to create divisions in the country.
The minister asserted that India’s social harmony must not be undermined by inflammatory or divisive rhetoric and emphasised that the government would not tolerate any attempt to create tension among communities.
“These are the people who constantly work to divide the country. Look around the world, India is the only country where Hindus and Muslims live peacefully like this…Do not try to disturb the peace here, or he will face strict action,” he stated.
