The New England Patriots defeated the Cincinnati Bengals 26-20 on Sunday, but suffered some key losses during the game. Among the injured players was starting left guard Jared Wilson.

Wilson was injured on the first drive of the game on a third-down play. He walked off the field, but went into the blue medical tent. Later, he was taken off the field on a cart with what was announced as an ankle injury. After the game, he was seen in a walking boot and a crutch , according to Patriots insider Doug Kyed.

Wilson was not the only starting lineman to exit the game on a cart. Starting left tackle Will Campbell was also carted off the field in the third quarter. Head coach Mike Vrabel did not provide any injury updates after the game, but both are key members for the Patriots.
