CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- A new program at UVA is aiming to help students stay safe while out socializing, it's called Safe Sips .

“I'm looking at this as a tool that students can have in their tool belt,” Christine Haines said, UPD senior manager of administration. “We want to strongly enforce that they practice good behaviors, stay with your group of friends, don't leave your drinks unattended.”
