HOUSTON — Houston Texans defensive end Will Anderson Jr. is stepping into a new role off the field.
The Pro Bowler announced the launch of The William Anderson Jr. Foundation, a new nonprofit he said is dedicated to “supporting and uplifting families through community, outreach and service.”
In a post shared to Instagram, Anderson said the mission is deeply personal and marks the start of a legacy he hopes will “continue to impact families who are often overlooked, underrepresented and voiceless.”
A day after the Texans' primetime win over the Buffalo Bills, Anderson hosted a Thanksgiving dinner for 150 children at the Harvard Boys & Girls Club in north Houston.
He described the experience as “warming plates and hearts” and “serving abundance one bite at a time.”
