MARION TOWNSHIP, Minn. - Two adults and a child were hurt in a two-vehicle collision Sunday afternoon in Olmsted County.

It happened around 2:30 pm at the intersection of Highway 14 and 50th Avenue NE. The Minnesota State Patrol says a 2011 Chevrolet Suburban driven by Thomas Fant Steele, 40 of Grand Meadow, was heading south and a 2016 Kia Soul driven by Payton Lynn Simonson, 19 of Dover, was eastbound when they crashed in the intersection.

The State Patrol says Simonson, a passenger in the Kia Soul, Parker Wallace Seaquist, 19 of Eyota, and a 12-year-old girl from Grand Meadow in the Suburban all suffered non-life threatening injuries. All were taken to St. Marys Hospital in Rochester for treatment.
