ARLINGTON, Texas -- When Dak Prescott 's teammates saw their quarterback become the Dallas Cowboys ' all-time leader in passing yards on the overhead digital board inside AT&T Stadium on Sunday, a number of them offered up congratulations.
At the time of his 9-yard completion to George Pickens in the third quarter that allowed him to surpass Tony Romo, the Cowboys trailed the Eagles 21-7.
"And I'm like, 'No, no, no. Whatever. We'll celebrate this when we win. I don't want to hear anything about that right now,'" Prescott said. "So I mean now, I can enjoy that a little bit, reflect. I'm sure to smile, laugh."
The Cowboys ended up beating the Eagles 24-21 with Prescott directing a final-minute drive that ended in Brandon Aubrey 's game-winning 42-yard field goal as time expire
