A nonprofit that empowers people with disabilities is working with an Allen County school district to make physical education accessible for all students.

East Allen County Schools is happy to partner with Turnstone to make gym class meaningful for every student, said Cassie Lepper, the district’s executive director of special services.

“This collaboration helps us build an inclusive environment where all students, regardless of ability, can discover the joy, confidence and lifelong benefits of being active,” Lepper said in a statement. “We are proud to partner with Turnstone as we educate all students for success.”
