MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Madison Police say Morgan Geyser, one of the two girls convicted in the Slender Man stabbing, has been found and taken into custody in Illinois.

The Madison Police Department confirmed they received notice around 10:34 p.m. Sunday that Geyser was located and detained by authorities in Illinois.

According to the department, there is no longer any need to search for her .
