Construction is surging ahead on a major logistics hub where a towering steel frame, gleaming glass, and decked car park are already taking shape – all within a rapid 39-week schedule.

McLaren Construction (Midlands & North) is delivering the 545,000 sq ft Panattoni Park Swindon scheme off the A419 on behalf of developer Panattoni.

The project, designed to provide prime logistics and industrial space, is now entering its final stages with several key phases already completed at the site near the M4 junction.

The construction team, supported by UMC Architects, KAM Project Consultants, BWB Consulting, and Construction CDM Services, has reached several major milestones.

The steel frame is now complet
