The 2026 World Darts Championship draw will take place in London this afternoon, with the tournament due to get underway at Alexandra Palace next month.
Luke Littler will be eyeing the title for the second consecutive season after getting the better of Michael van Gerwen in the 2025 showpiece match to land the main prize.
Littler reached the World Darts Championship final two years ago at the age of 16, before losing to Luke Humphries . Article continues below ADVERTISEMENT
He eventually lifted the Sid Waddell Trophy at the start of this year and is the favourite to land the crown once again.
Humphries will be viewed as Littler’s main rival for the upcoming tournament, with Gian van Veen, Josh Rock and Gerwyn Price also in the running for silverware.
