The Portfolio diet focuses on fibre, unsaturated fats, nuts and legumes. Dr David Jenkins, the diet’s creator and professor of nutritional sciences at Toronto University, said combining the foods work similarly to a financial portfolio – taking multiple approaches to maximise the result, reports MailOnline .
