Europe’s Chemicals Omnibus is an opportunity to address persistent challenges for the fragrance value chain. The Commission has offered clear, science-based fixes – the Council has not. We urge the European Parliament to secure practical simplification based on scientific, technical, economic and logistical feasibility, supported by fair timelines and clear rules, to preserve the safety and effectiveness of Europeans’ favourite products.
