President Armstrong Addresses Issues

Red Cloud School Board President Jeff Armstrong discussed the incident where a 6-year-old was left on a school bus for over an hour in September during an interview that aired Monday morning.

Armstrong said this was a lot of failures compounding at once and that the school board is actively looking at policies to make sure this incident doesn’t happen again. The school didn’t inform the child’s family that he was missing until they found him. A follow-up interview with the school board member that Armstrong publicly asked to resign will air Tuesday morning.
