Washingto Catholic officially named it its Dec. 20 tourney celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the Birdcage the 2025 Darrell Deem Birdcage Classic.

It will feature a boys and girls games between WC and Christo Rey, and teams from Evansville North. Tri-West, Lawrenceville (Ill.), Boonville and Christal House. Pictured are Shelly Deem and Austin Deem during the naming ceremony.
