Former Toronto Blue Jays outfielder Bradley Zimmer has reportedly retired from professional baseball. He played in six seasons in the big leagues, but has not appeared in a big league game since 2022.

Zimmer was the 21st pick in the 2014 MLB June Amateur Draft from the University of San Francisco by the Cleveland Guardians. He was a top 100 prospect in 2026 and the Guardians' No. 1 overall prospect. He made his debut in 2017 and played five seasons for the Guardians franchise.

After slashing .225/.310/.347 with 19 home runs in 263 games, he was traded to the Blue Jays in 2022. In that same season, he was designated for assignment by the Blue Jays and claimed by the Philadelphia Phillies.
