Police are investigating after two men were found stabbed to death in separate attacks in Manhattan early Monday morning, the NYPD said.
In the first incident, a 23-year–old man was stabbed multiple times in his back and side near West 49th Street and Seventh Avenue near Times Square around 1 a.m., police said. Medics rushed the man to Bellevue Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
In the second incident, an 80-year-old man was fatally stabbed in an apartment on Overlook Terrace in Washington Heights, officials said. He was found in the apartment around 3:15 a.m. and was declared dead at the scene, police said.
No arrests have been made in either killing, according to the NYPD.
