A Chilmark property set a home price record for Martha’s Vineyard this spring at $37 million. It took only about six months to be surpassed.

A 15,000-square-foot waterfront home in Edgartown has sold for $37.5 million, narrowly surpassing the previous mark and becoming at least the fourth home on the Vineyard or Nantucket to sell for more than $30 million this year.
