ROCHESTER, Minn. – A Rochester man is set to stand trial for shooting another man in the legs.
Dwight Dominique Campbell, 30, has pleaded not guilty to drive-by shooting, second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, reckless discharge of a firearm, and intentional discharge of a firearm that endangers safety.
Police say Campbell drove by a home in northwest Rochester around 4 am and August 16 and fired multiple shots, hitting an adult male several times in the legs.
The victim was taken to St. Marys Hospital and surgeons removed the bullets.
Campbell’s trial is scheduled to begin on June 15, 2026 in Olmsted County District Court.
