A high school football coach has gone missing in Virginia, disappearing midway through an undefeated season.

According to the Virginia State Police, Travis Turner, the head coach of Union High School, is the subject of an active search, following a disturbing incident involving high school students.

According to local reports, police visited Turner’s home on Thursday to speak with him regarding an investigation, but discovered that he was not there. This discovery raised concerns about his safety and well-being, given that his team was preparing for a playoff game.
