Republican legislators who have pushed for election law changes in Arizona have a “top priority” in the coming year that could make voting more difficult for everyone according to some critics.

The sweeping changes are needed, proponents say, to get faster results and soothe the belief among many conservatives that voting is rife with fraud, which has become dogma after nearly a decade of Republican politicians increasingly declaring elections are rigged. ×
