Manchester United take on Everton at Old Trafford tonight as they look to continue to their climb up the Premier League table.
It’s five games without a defeat for Ruben Amorim ’s side – showings signs of a revival against Sunderland, Liverpool and Brighton but with some of the some old frailties on show in draws with Nottingham Forest and Tottenham.
The United squad has been relatively injury-free in recent weeks but will be without Benjamin Sesko for a few weeks as a result of a knee injury.
In a further spanner to the works, Matheus Cunha, the man most likely to replace Sesko up top, could also be a doubt tonight after a ‘training ground accident’ that meant he missed out on a lovely evening switching on the Christmas lights in Altringham on Saturday night.
