A news conference will be held Monday afternoon to provide the latest updates on the explosion at the Phoenix House apartment complex in Austintown over the weekend.

Austintown Fire Chief Dave Schertzer will provide updates at 4 p.m. Monday. The press conference will be streamed live on WFMJ.com, the 21 News app and the 21 News Facebook page.

The explosion caused multiple injuries and displaced residents from their apartments. Several local non-profits are working to make sure all displaced residents have a roof over their heads.

Others are accepting donations to make sure displaced residents have the resources to get by.
