The Washington Commanders announced they have opened the 21-day practice window for WR Noah Brown. He hasn’t played since suffering a groin injury during a Thursday Night Football game against the Green Bay Packers in Week 2. Brown was with the team in Spain, but couldn’t participate in any on-field drills until his practice window was opened to return from injured reserve.
Noah Brown was re-signed this offseason after joining the Commanders right before last season started. The Houston Texans released the oft-injured WR at roster curdowns, and GM Adam Peters signed him two days later. Brown became part of Washington’s receiving corps behind Terry McLaurin, and made some big plays like the Hail Mary TD vs the Bears, while also drawing several pass interference penalties for big gains.
