A man was killed in a drive-by shooting at a park-and-ride in Kent near ShoWare Center Sunday night, police said.

Kent police said they responded to the Lincoln Park-and-Ride lot at 900 W. James St. around 8:45 p.m. after a 911 caller said they heard “several gun shots followed by a few more, and then the sound of a vehicle leaving quickly.”

A man with gunshot wounds was found. First responders tried to save his life, but he died at the park-and-ride.

No suspect was arrested, Commander Jason Bishop said. Police are still investigating.
