A man has been jailed after raping a 17-year-old student who he dragged into secluded grassy area.

Kyle Hayes Condon, 25, of Pairc an Tobair in Clonakilty, Co Cork, subjected the teen to a twenty-minute ordeal in West Cork. He appeared before the Central Criminal Court in Cork today for sentencing, having pleaded guilty to counts of rape, sexual assault, assault causing harm and false imprisonment.
