You may have seen artist Jody Esquer’s special art installation earlier this month in celebration of the Coronado Island Film Festival’s ten-year anniversary. The installation, which was featured at Rotary Park, invited the public to engage with and take photos around the festival-themed art.
Esquer comes from a family of artists and has been making art for most of her life. Her paintings have been featured in venues around Coronado, and the recent Coronado Island Film Festival (CIFF) gave her the opportunity to try something new with a large public art piece.
