The City of Ferguson’s gift this holiday season might be the medicinal marijuana dispensary that has been in the works for a full year now.

As recently as September, Ferguson mayor Allen Dobbs said the target date for Green Releaf Dispensary moving into the new city hall facility was November. And while the space for the medicinal cannabis business is nearly complete, it appears a December arrival is more likely at this point.
