A hefty white sheet of snow has covered Calgary from Sunday night into Monday morning, and several groups in the city are dealing with the fallout from the first snowfall of the year.

Scientist with Environment and Climate Change Canada Christy Climenhaga said in the prairie provinces, a system can be seen which brought a lot of snowfall from Sunday night .
