Monday's episode saw one campmate take on "the worst Bushtucker Trial ever", and it left fans sickened. Nightmare themed, even hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly gasped and shouted out in horror during some sickening moments.

It was musician Aitch who left fans convinced he would win the whole show after his latest trial. Fans said the challenge alone made him a worthy winner.
