LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A former Louisville Metro Police Department officer is facing criminal charges following an investigation. Roberto Cedeno surrendered to LMPD officers Thursday and was being taken to Loiusville Metro Corrections.
LMPD said Cedeno was indicted April 16 on charges of unlawful access to a computer in the first degree, stalking in the first degree, tampering with public records, violation of an interpersonal protective order, misapplication of entrusted property, falsely reporting an incident, official misconduct in the first degree, harassing communications and harassment - no physical contact.
The department said it received a complaint March 12 about concerning behavior by an officer. LMPD's Public Integrity Unit then investigated the complaint, which it said revealed cr
