Cardinal Credit Union, a 72-year-old financial cooperative headquartered in Mentor, opened a new, 3,000-square-foot branch at 37203 Euclid Ave. Willoughby on Nov. 3 – a relocation of its former site at 34465 Euclid Ave, which the company outgrew and officially closed on Oct. 31.
The new facility is the second Cardinal branch to be modernized and will operate as a standalone branch housing the company’s training department, according to a news release.
The design, featuring interactive teller machines, seeks to bring members into a more modern-banking experience which combines the convenience of online banking with the personal touch of in-person service.
