CLEVELAND — Cleveland State University is working on major renovations to two of its most historic campus buildings — Fenn Hall and Fenn Tower — as part of a broader effort to upgrade academic facilities and improve student housing.
The projects are key components of Cleveland State United, the university’s multi-year strategic plan aimed at strengthening academic programs, expanding research capacity and supporting workforce development across Northeast Ohio.
“CSU is one of the most important institutions we have in Cleveland,” Board of Trustees Chair Tim Cosgrove said. “This university changed my life, and it is a privilege to help enrich the lives of current and future students — the renovations of Fenn Hall and Fenn Tower will do that for years to come.”
