A newly constructed apartment community has opened in Lancaster County.

The Henry at Klein Mills is located at 2 S. Conifer Drive in Mount Joy Township, near Elizabethtown.

The first residents began moving into the complex earlier this month.

The apartment community includes 280 apartments. The one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts range from 616 to 1,115 square feet of space.

Apartments include open concept floor plans, soundproofing, spacious closets, stainless steel appliances, in-home washer and dryer, keyless door entry, smart thermostats, and pre-installed high-speed internet."

Garages will be available to rent.

The community includes a resident lounge, fitness center, heated swimming pool, sun deck, dog park, community-wide Wi-Fi, electric vehicle charging, and bike storage.
