The owner of a North Miami food truck is desperate for answers after someone stole her truck weeks ago, and she needs the public’s help to find it.

Jinette Mere, the owner of Niche Dwet Cuisine, said all she has is her Haitian food truck.

“I don't have anything, only the food truck I have, I don't have anything,” Mere said. “I bought the food truck to make a business to take care of my bills.”

She wasn't working after COVID, so she bought the truck to take care of herself and her family. For the last two years, she's parked her truck at the mall on 163rd Street in North Miami Beach and never had any problems until Nov. 5.

Mere said her daughter called her that morning, telling her the food truck was gone.
