Monday, Nov. 17 was a night for celebration and recognition of the winners and runners-up in the 11th Annual Best of West Hartford contest – along with the second annual “Dancing with WeHa Stars,” featuring local personalities competing on the dance floor.

Ryan Young of PeoplesBank and Allie Bellucci of Bellu Jean Creative were the winners of this year’s dance competition.
