The Los Angeles Lakers are signing center Drew Timme to a two-way NBA deal from their South Bay G League team, agents Deddrick Faison and Rich Gray told ESPN's Shams Charania on Monday.
The Lakers are waiving center Christian Koloko to create roster space for Timme, sources told ESPN.
Timme played for the Brooklyn Nets to finish last season and then joined Lakers' G League affiliate and averaged 25.5 points, 7.7 rebounds and 4.0 assists in six games this year.
Timme, 25, went undrafted in 2023 after starring for Gonzaga.
