OMAHA, Neb. —
The Omaha City Council will vote Tuesday to demolish an abandoned hotel in southwest Omaha.
The hotel, located near 108th and L streets, has been sitting empty for several years and City Councilman Don Rowe says it is an eyesore.

"A lot of people drive by this property every day, and I think just seeing the graffiti, seeing the people coming in and out, it's been a problem. I think it checks all the boxes for a nuisance property, and we need to see it demoed," Rowe said.
If approved, the demolition would cost the city $310,000.
