STE. GENEVIEVE, Mo. (KFVS) - A Ste. Genevieve, Missouri man is facing charges in two counties for child sex crimes.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s Division of Drug and Crime Control (DDCC), 53-year-old Brian L. Webb was arrested following an investigation by the DDCC Special Victims Unit (SVU).
In October, the SVU investigators received a CyberTip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children while investigating an online child pornography case.
Webb, a registered sex offender, was identified as the person of interest in the investigation.
On November 20, the investigators and members of the Farmington Police Department interviewed Webb on Wallace Road in Farmington.
