BOSTON —
Massachusetts Thanksgiving travelers are already plotting their game plan to not get stuck in heavy traffic in the days leading up to Thanksgiving.
"We're going to be driving at night, going to New Jersey," said Anubam Verma.
"We're going to leave on Thanksgiving in the afternoon," said Alex Salamon, who is traveling to Connecticut. "Fortunately, get to leave Tuesday night, hoping to avoid some traffic."
“I think a lot of people are going to try to drive home on Friday, we're going to see if we can beat that,” said Kyle Cormier, who is traveling to Vermont.
AAA says traffic will be the worst between noon and 8 p.m. both Tuesday and Wednesday.
“Get your breakfast in your system quick and hit the road as early as you can, if you want to avoid the worst of the holiday travel,”
