VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. – A man last seen near a behavioral healthcare clinic earlier this year has now been reported as missing, according to the Volusia Sheriff’s Office.

In a release, deputies said that the man — identified as Billy Justin Rice, 38 — was last spotted on July 26 leaving the area of SMA Healthcare.

As such, anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact detectives at SSalinas@volusiasheriff.gov .
