The Bills , meanwhile, have won the AFC East five years running but are three games behind the Patriots in the win column and already down in the head-to-head tiebreaker. Buffalo, like Kansas City, just needs to focus on making the playoffs at this point, especially after a "Thursday Night Football" loss to the Texans exposed real problems on both sides of the ball .
