Teesside Park has announced Flannels will open its new store this week. The luxury clothing brand, owned by Mike Ashley's Fraser Group, is set to open in the old Sports Direct unit, which closed in March and moved to a huge new space just metres away.

Set across two floors, the 17,500 sq. ft store is set to offer men’s, women’s, and kids wear from leading luxury brands such as Saint Laurent, Off White, Vivienne Westwood, Stone Island, to contemporary brands Represent, Ganni and The Couture Club.

The new store, which is located between River Island and the 'Hello' building, is set to open on Wednesday, November 26, as Christmas shopping ramps up in the countdown to December 25. Catherine Furlong, centre director at Teesside Park, said: “This has been one of our most anticipated openings
