HOWARD, Wis. (WBAY) - A new housing development in Howard was approved by the village board Monday night.

The preliminary plan, which will bring a 138-lot subdivision consisting of townhomes, duplexes, and single-family homes to the corner of County Road C and Milltown Road, passed in a 6-1 vote.

This 37-acre development has gone through several changes dating back to June of this year, originally having over 180 smaller lots, with a 60-unit apartment building along Milltown Road.

The Village President tells Action 2 News this was a hard project to pass.
