The team is riding high with a solid 12-4 record, and their recent close 108-106 win against the Utah Jazz helped them secure their fourth consecutive win. However, in the meantime, the new addition Deandre Ayton’s availability raises doubts.

Ayton signed a two-year, $16.6 million deal with the Lakers this summer and became a key part of their success. He suited up in the center position in the Lakers’ core. However, in a game against the Utah Jazz, Ayton suffered a knee contusion in the second half and did not return.
