Miami-Dade County Tax Collector Dariel Fernandez had announced that his office has distributed October property tax collections totaling $58,965,714.24, marking the first distribution of the 2025–26 fiscal year.

This distribution includes property taxes collected through Oct. 31, representing payments received during the first month of the annual tax cycle. These early revenues are critical to ensuring that local governments, schools, and special districts continue delivering essential public services without interruption.
