San Francisco Bay Shoreline and San Francisco County are under a dense fog advisory which was released by the National Weather Service on Tuesday at 3:38 a.m. The advisory is in effect until 11 a.m.
The NWS San Francisco CA states to expect, “Visibility one quarter mile or less in patchy dense fog.”
“Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. Limited visibility will result in hazardous driving conditions,” according to the NWS. “If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you. If commuting, allow extra drive time to reach your destination safely.”
