A ‘Once-in-300-years’ rain leaves Thai city flooded

Access to a maternity ward with 30 newborn babies was cut off by eight-feet high floodwaters battering southern Thailand. At least 19 people have died in what authorities say are the heaviest rains seen in 300 years.
