The NHS has listed 'tiredness' as a key symptom of a common condition, and if you feel more tired than usual or just feel like you can never shift that awful fatigued feeling, it may need to be investigated. Urging people not to assume it is normal, NHS inform stated that if you have this symptom, especially paired with other signs, it could be time to ask your GP about coeliac disease . ‌

It explained: " Coeliac disease is a common autoimmune condition where the immune system in a person’s intestine (gut) reacts when they eat gluten. This causes chronic inflammation." ‌
