The Central State Activities Association secured six playoff spots this high school football season with Kent City, Central Montcalm and Morley Stanwood in the White Division and Big Rapids, Reed City and Howard City Tri-County in the Red Division.
Kent City put together a historic 2025 season, which featured the program’s first-ever district and regional championships as well as a state semifinal appearance. The Eagles also captured a CSAA White Division title with a 4-0 run through league play.
Big Rapids also enjoyed playoff success with a district championship win over Escanaba before falling to Hudsonville Unity Christian in the Division 4 regional. The Cardinals won the CSAA Red Division in the regular season with a 5-0 mark in league play.
