MANCHESTER, N.H. —
A new poll is providing an early look at the potential field of presidential candidates in 2028.
The poll from Saint Anselm College Survey Center shows that Vice President J.D. Vance continues to dominate among Republicans, while former Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg is leading Democrats.
Vance made only one campaign stop in New Hampshire last year on behalf of the ultimately successful Trump-Vance ticket, but Granite State Republicans liked what they saw then and continue to see now in the Trump Administration.
In the poll, 57% of Republican voters say the vice president has their support if he decides to run in 2028.
